On the food: chef Sam Saltos of Hiyaku will serve sushi hand rolls. Chef Saltos has worked at some of the best spots in the world (Noma, Sushi Noz, Zilla Sake) and now hosts an 8-seat omakase pop-up one weekend a month in addition to his less formal hand roll popups. Food 5-9pm.
