Sasaiwai is a small brewery outside of Niigata City. Their bottle shop, decorated with panda cutouts and bamboo, doubles as a community bar. Here Ryosuke Sasaguchi serves (besides sake) a rotating list of beers on tap and fun concoctions with and without alcohol.
